During this challenging time, our firm is committed to providing continuity of legal services to our clients.  We recognize that your legal needs have likely not diminished, and in some instances may have intensified, as a result of the current COVID-19 viral spread.  Our attorneys and staff remain available by phone or email during normal business hours – M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  However, as a measure to protect the wellbeing of our clients, employees and attorneys, we are not conducting any in-person meetings within our office, and we are effectively closed to the public.  Please reach out to us by email or call the firm at 316-263-8294 if you need to contact any of our attorneys or staff.

As of March 25, 2020, Sedgwick County has issued a “shelter in place” order in an attempt to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community and region.  While the order recognizes that legal services provided by law firms like Bever Dye, LC, are “essential” and therefore exempt from the order, some of our attorneys and staff are working from home.  Our front desk is continuing to answer phone calls during regular office hours, and you will be able to access all our attorneys and staff to assist with your needs.
